Brand-In-Minutes proudly offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If, within the initial 7 days of availing our services, you find that Brand-In-Minutes did not fulfil your purchase, please reach out to our support team via the contact page or directly at support@brandinminutes.com.

Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will promptly assess your request. Generally, the refund process takes between 3 to 10 business days, depending on your banking provider. The refund itself will be issued through the original payment method.

After the initial 7 days of service, we regretfully cannot provide any refunds. When registering with Brand-In-Minutes, you are acknowledging your agreement to pay and assume responsibility for all charges in accordance with your selected plan and our policies.

Please be aware that no exceptions are made, as we strive to maintain fairness for all clients. As a digital service provider, we monitor and track deliveries from our server-side to ensure equity and honest service for all customers. Furthermore, if you have evidence of non-delivery, you are encouraged to share it with us for consideration.

Our primary objective is to deliver exceptional value, and we will always attempt to resolve any issues before processing a refund. In certain cases, store credit may be offered as the initial option. We understand that mistakes can happen due to human behaviour. however, we will put forth our utmost effort to rectify any such issues for you.
